you could also go to your local florist and ask them for a couple of bunches of palms or leather leaf....simple greeenery that could liven up your food table..pretty cheap by the bunch..looks great laid out on the table or in a glass vase......for a little more money you could ask ahead of time for them to order you a bunch of denrobium orchids which are small and could be plucked from the stem and placed on platters of food to liven it up....and liatrus which is a tall purple stem that packs a punch in a vase and looks tropical. pinapples and other tropical fruits look beautiful clustered together....you can pile shoe boxes or plates and then cover all of it with a tablecloth giving you different heights to place flowers and fruit....pretty inexpensive but looks great.

Thank you, everyone for all of your great ideas!
Carrybean, I am going to use your recipies, hopefully others can use them as well! That Banana Daquiri(sp) sounds heavenly!!
I goot my Toots and the Maytals CD off Ebay! Then I saw they were playing the Pavilion in Boston.
I found a great sounding recipe for macadamia nut shortbread cookies! I may try them tomorrow to make sure they taste okay!!
Thanks again, and you are all invited!
