PHL to Cancun: airfares seem high!
 

anywhere from $400-$600 for travel this june. will it go down?

Airfare just went down a little..from RDU Raleigh-Durham to STT StThomas..afew days ago it was about 700..now I am getting 460 on travelocity.com.

I don't know what airfares are typical for this route, but in PHL USAir is the dominant carrier, and I don't know if they have much competition on this route. I know airfares from PHL to STT were very high ($800)for this past March.

Melissa19,US Air has RT PHL to Cancun for $318RT (that's plus taxes and fees)...Thru June...Go take a look.

i saw the $318 at usair, but when one "selects flights," it comes up as $412. at least for the flights i'd like!

Right,the $412 includes taxes and fees. It doesn't sound like a bad price!
What price were you hoping for??

Hmm, $412 sounds like an outstanding price for me. What exactly were you hoping to pay for an international flight?

just needed to know if this was a good price or not. i fly from phl - lax for under $200 sometimes (though it's $350 now). i understand that's not international.
