Pappagallo's and Lighthouse restaurants in Grand Cayman
From what I've read, Pappagallo's specialty is lobster ravioli and the Lighthouse has excellent lasagna. What other dishes are good at these restaurants? Thanks for your help!

We really enjoyed their mixed seafood appetizer and from what I remember it had scallops, shrimp, sushi, calamari, and some other seafood with fried onions. It was for two. I don't see it on their online menu but we just ate there a month ago. I had Lobster Gnocchi Shrimp, Spinach, Tomatoes and Light Bisque-very good, not too heavy like most gnocci can be. There was seriously no room for dessert. Get their seasoned bread, its really good. Their waiters are so nice.

At the lighthouse, i got the caribbean lobster tails...MMmmmmm...so good. They had some great desserts too. My fiance got the grouper (right before he proposed to me there!). HIGHLY RECOMMEND the restaurant...everyone who worked there helped my fiance with everything and they are all very nice. Hope this helps!
