on our way to Bermuda and it's going to rain!

we're committed now, so I'm not cancelling. We're staying at Fairmont Southhampton and we'll be there this weekend from friday through Monday. If it indeed rains, suggestions on what to do other than stay in all day and snuggle! (it's a 20th wedding anniversary trip!)

you can always go to the crystal caves followed by lunch and a rum swizzle at the swizzle inn!

The Spa at the Fairmont Southampton is excellent. Enjoy some nice massages (do a couples massage) and some other treatments.

Go to the Underwater Exploration Museum in Hamilton. The restaurant there is also excellent.

Bermuda is paradise, even in the rain. I hope you see enough sunshine to make you fall in love with it!

Just go and enjoy---the weather forecasts
are usually wrong for the island! We were just talking about that with one of the taxi drivers in July.

ah, so right, Penndale. We landed in drizzle, but were in good spirits (no kids, what's not to like!?). By the time we were at the hotel (Fairmont Southampton) it was time for lunch. We sat by the pool (under an extended roof for cover from drizzle). By the time lunch was done, the clouds broke, the rain disappeared and we were at the beach by 3:00. Never saw rain again and had a smashing time! I'll do mini trip report soon, just wanted to thank you all for your advice!
