Nude beaches
 

We would like to take a vacation to the Caribbean and we are looking for a nice and not croweded beach where topples or nude sunbathing allowed. We heard sofar about all inclusive resorts in Jamaica. Could someone give some details about them or suggest, advise us other islands and lodging possiblities.

Try Hedonism II or III in Negril Jamaica or SuperClub Grand Lido Negril, Grand Lido Sans Souci,Grand Lido Braco all have nude beaches and pools.

Gibb, if you and your partner are big and fat and ugly please do not go to a nude resort! Now, if you are slim, trim and attractive please post your travel dates and the resort you chose so we can come along and ogle you both all week.

Hey Peeper, didn't I see you last year floating just off the beach at Hedonism II with some binoculars? I thought so, you animal you.

Aruba tolerates topless sunbathing on its beaches, toplessness is common, and its a great island. There are also numerous isolated beaches where one can "dress" however one pleases. <BR><BR>Probably the most famous nude beach is Orient Beach on St. Martin/Maarten. The island is a trashy dump, however. <BR><BR>Much toplessness occurs on the Mexican riviera beaches, from Cancun south. <BR><BR>One island to avoid: Grand Cayman. Very conservative & British. Even thongs are almost nonexistent (and frowned upon) on Cayman.<BR>

St. Martin has Orient (which can be crowdes)plus some others on which you can be nude, or topless on almost any beach. Ignore Rachael's description of the island as a trashy dump; she is off base here.<BR><BR>St. Barth's is another good choice. All beaches topless, Saline and Gouverneur nude.

Have been to Hedonism II in Negril. After several enjoyable trips the nude beach has turned into a "swap meet". Would only suggest Hedo if you are into 3somes and swapping. We were constantly approached on the nude beach by other couples wanting to "hook up" or oggled by the prudes. Oh, and sex on the beach does occur. They say they don't allow it but it does. Nasty resort. Will never return.

Stay away from Hedonism and other resorts of that category--unless you're into wild sex. <BR><BR>Go to Playa Del Carmen (outside Cancun) or St. Martin. I agree that you should ignore Rachel's comment about St. Martin being a trash dump...nothing could be further from the truth. Just be sure to stay on the much nicer "french" side of St. Martin where all of the beaches are topless and some are nude.
