non-stop flight from Phila. to Provo, Turks & Caicos
Hi - does anyone know if an airline flies non-stop from Philly to Provo, T&C? I'm trying to avoid reliving the nightmare of flying back through Miami (flights delayed, missed because of weather, night spent in airport, etc. -- twice!). I've looked on Expedia & Travelocity and don't come up with a non-stop but I'm not sure that means they don't exist. Thanks for any advice.

Hi Leslie,
We are flying to Provo in June and we have to connect in Miami. There were no non stop flights to Provo (at least there were none when we made our reservations in February). We also had the same concerns as you so we decided to stay in Miami the night before. We are acutally staying for two nights so we could visit friends who live there. It's a little more costly, but is worth not missing the morning flight from Miami to Provo. If you don't mind spending the extra money, I suggest doing the same thing. Hope this helps. |
When we went to Provo from Philadelphia we left from JFK. It is not a bad ride at all, and it was better than staying in Miami. It was non-stop. Just a thought. A lot less agravation in the long run. It was on a charter however.

Last I checked, American flys out of JFK non stop to Provo on weekends only.

American flies non stop out of JFK on Saturdays. In order to skip Miami suggest you look at USAir via Charlotte. Believe thay fly four days a week. That is probably your best bet. You also might check Delta via Atlanta. Think they also fly on Sat.

i believe a travel agent can book you on the beaches charter or the apple charter. they leave from phl saturdays only.

We had a direct non-stop from Boston on our way out...then a conection in Miami on the way back, although they were supposed to be direct both directions.
American Airlines changes there flights depending on the time of year...when it is busy time, that is when they will keep the non-stop/direct flights. |
There is a charter on Continental which originates at Newark and Stops in Philly on the way down to T&C.
