Non-Couples type All-Inclusive

This may sound odd, but we are thinking of taking our employees and spouses on a cruise next year, leaving the day after new-years for 3 nights, we did this 6 years ago and it was a blast. I now the weather can be iffy in the Bahamas that time of year, so was wondering if there are any all-inclusives in Jamaica that are a non-couples type of place??? thanks in advance

Hi Kim,

Negril, Jamaica is fantastic and worthwhile to see.

There are several Couples All-inclusives - we stayed at Swept Away and there were a number of groups (non-couples) staying at the resort. Great place.

Next door is Beaches Negril - more of a family place - but that is also an option for your group.

good luck.

I would look into Grand Lido Braco - it is for adults only, has a great little town area on the property and nice pools and rooms. Gets great reviews.

There is also Beaches Grand Sport in Ocho Rios - we toured the property and it is beautiful!

Just curious why you don't want a couples-type resort when it sounds like all that are going, are in fact couples? Was this a typo?

AI's are a pox on the caribbean travel industry.

[email protected]: We don't need trailer trash like you at AI's. That's why you cannot afford one.
The reason I was interested in a non-couples type place is because there a few guys that arn't married or have girlfriends and one not quite 21. I'm not looking for a romantic type place, more of a sports/beach type of party place. But don't misconstrue "PARTY". If It was just myself and hubby, I wouldn't do the all-inc. because I preferr to explore, but when I'm footing the bill for about 15-16, I want to have an idea of what I'm paying.

How nice:) Do you have any openings in your company? There are not many employers left like you!

Look into the villas at Tryall. Fully staffed private villas with resort amenities. You get a cook, maid, laundress, and gardener. All of the villas have a private pool, but there is also a beach there to go to. The topic has been discussed a lot recently here. Do a search above for Tryall. Also check out the web site tryallclub.com. If there are golfers in the group this is the place to go. We had the best vacation ever here!
