No answer, no cancelation, no refund
I booked a reservation for march at the Sandals Royal Caribbean ate the website. It was a free cancellation fee. I tried to cancel, writing at the website, sending emails for two different address and by the phone. Yet, I did not receive any answer, and yet they tried to charge my credit card.
This happen at January 27 and 28, and I still didn't receive any answer. I want my refund of the $400.00 they charge at December 31, 2016. |
Call your credit card company and dispute the charges.

Yes I did, one day before the limited date. I wrote at the website resolver.co.uk and the Sandals answered me right a way.
"You will receive an automated cancellation notification via email to the email address on file in the next 24 - 48 hours. The Deposit is refundable and will be refund to the credit on file with-in the next 7 - 10 business days."" The resolver.co.uk is a very effective site, I thank to them |
