Nicest Beaches - Aruba, Barbados, or Mexico?

With our travel dates now limited to August, there are really only a few places to consider. Which of the three has the nicest beaches (clear water and little seaweed/rocks) ??

Definitely Barbados, although Aruba - if you go to Palm Beach near the Radisson Hotel, is excellent also.

DO you have any specifics in Barbados? We want to be right on the nice beaches, so which town would be best to stay in?

Thank you so much !

IMO Aruba beaches are superior to Barbados beaches in every way, whiter sand, no seaweed at all, nicer water color & much calmer water.
Barbados has more west Indian culture and more history, a more caribbean feel to it as well.

Have not been to Aruba so can't comment on that. There are some beautiful beaches in Mexico - depends on what you are looking for as there are Pacific facing, Gulf and Gulf of Mexico.

Spent a week in Barbados in January. There are several nice beaches. We stayed at the new Hilton which is fantastic, and I think has one of the best beaches on the island.

In Barbados we prefer Mullins Beach or the beach by Sandy Lane (both west coast) -- calm waters. On the South we like Carlisle Bay - calm waters and on the East Coast - Crane Beach is gorgeous to look at.

Overall we like the culture in Barbados and the varied scenery all over the island. Tropical and also interesting.

We've only been to Aruba once & did love Palm Beach, but that's a very arid/dry island - with cactus -- different scenery than Barbados.

I think both Aruba and Barbados have nice beaches, but I like Barbados much better. The restaurants are much better, there's more history, etc.

I would say Palm Beach in Aruba. It is very lovely and the water is clear and warm. We did lots of swimming!
