Nice accommodation on Harbour Island?

I am going to Harbour Island in July but I can't afford the pricey Pink Sands. What would be a reasonable alternative?

Thanks

Nadine, you can find places to stay from $50 on up to a couple thousand dollars a night. So I guess it depends on what you are looking to spend.

Coral Sands, Runaway Hill, Romora Bay, Bahama House, Valentine's, Tingum Village are all good choices.

You might want to try the Harbour Island website at www.briland.com for more info.

Also if you go to the www.where2stay.com board you can find info on hotels and the rates for off season.

If you need any more info on the island please let me know.

Coral Sands....new building 2nd floor..
really gorgeous huge room plus sitting

Right next door to Pink Sands....$225/night plus tax....would stay there
again...food fantastic...fun bar...
really worth the money...

Just updating this message thread.
It's been a year now since going to
Harbour Island.

We decided to get married on the
Island of St. John, USVI. Trust me,
there is no comparison. St. John
is unbelievably gorgeous. Equsitie
beaches. So much more to do than on
HI.

Rent a villa on St. John. I definitely
would not go back to Harbour Island
after experiencing St. John. Wow,
is all we can say. So did our guest
who have been to all the islands.

St. John is a must see.
