Needing Suggestions on where to go for my 32 Birthday by myself.
I am looking to travel for my 32 birthday February 6 - 13. I've never been outside the US and really want to go somewhere that doesn't put me in a resort with couples. Can you please help me, I would really appreciated.

Your question is way too general - sort of like my telling you I'm hungry and asking you to tell me what I should have for dinner.
There are literally hundreds of places and thousands of hotels/resorts where a 32 YO male (I assume from your screen name you are a male) can go but which of those will be right FOR YOU depends many factors. To be of any real help tell us:
1) Where are you traveling from?
2) How long are you willing to take to reach your destination?
3) What is your budget for airfare, accommodations and food? - be specific as it will have a big influence on where you can go. Don't use terms like "Affordable", "won't break the bank", etc. as they are meaningless unless we know what "affordable" means to YOU>
4) What type of island experience are you seeking - large island, small island, lush island, arid island?
5) What type of activities (both daytime and evenings) interest you?
6) Tell us too about other trips you've taken and what you liked or disliked about them?
The more information you can give us about YOU the easier it will be to steer you in the right direction.

I will be traveling from Atlanta and there maybe a layover in Miami. My budget for the trip will be $5000 for the whole trip. I am looking to do a large island experience with great food, beaches, dance clubs, and day time boat trips. To be honest with you the only trips I have taken have been in the United States for example Las Vegas , New York, and Miami. Its time for me to venture out and see something new,

You might enjoy Puerto Rico - especially in/around San Juan. Plenty of nice hotel/resorts on some pretty good beaches, lots to see/do during the day, many historical sights, more restaurants than you can visit in a year, and a very active nightlife, with bars, night clubs, casinos, etc.
You'd have no difficulty doing it on your budget - r/t airfare from Atlanta should be very reasonable compared to other destinations) and you can fly non-stop from Atlanta. There are also a variety of hotel/resorts in different price ranges.

To add to everybody, the week you picked is close to Presidents Day weekend, and much of Caribbean is booked up, it's an extremely popular family weekend.
Most Caribbean islands have a mellowed type nightlife, not biig on clubs. The ones that do (and have other things you're seeking)
Puerto Rico
Aruba (not large, but has what you're seeking, probably the best bet for you)
Mexico (cancun, Playa, etc has everythng you're looking for)
Jamaica
Not completely sure about dance clubs, but Barbados
Europe has serious nightclubs, beaches you might want to check out Ibiza Spain, or Mykonos Greece. Both have everything you're seeking.
And completely different but has what yure looking for, Bali!
I've travelled the world solo. The above mentioned sound more suited to you based on where you've been in the past. The rest of Caribbean you'll definitely find mellow.

Try Negril, Jamaica. It has everything on your list: one of the best beaches in the Caribbean, lots of boat trips ( snorkeling, diving, deep sea fishing, river fishing), dance clubs ( try ALFREDS on the beach for reggae headliners).
Also has a wonderful area called the West End that is full of tiny shacks/restaurants/clubs, most of it quite reasonable and good.
Only caveat? A little rough around the edges, so if you're looking for or need an upscale place with typical American amenities, go elsewhere.
Hotels I'd recommend after many trips there: Small boutique hotels on the beach: COCO LA PALM ( upper level rooms), IDLE AWHILE, CHARELA INN, and on the cliffs (WEST END): ROCK HOUSE, for freestanding cottages with ladders down to the water.

I'm agreeing with a couple posts above.
Negril Jamaica is fantastic! All kinds of resorts and local hotels on the 7-mile beach there. Nonstop flights into Montego Bay from Atlanta.
Or somewhere along the "mayan riviera" of Mexico is another spot thst is fine for solo traveling. Cancun, Isla Mujeres, Playa del Carmen, Akumal, Tulum (with PdC being my #1 recommendation).
I go to Puerto Vallarta Mexico solo often. It also fits everything you are looking for, but a bit further to get to from Atlanta.
