Need info on Breezes Montego Bay

We want a clean place to stay, and decent food, it doesn't have to be fancy. But I have read reviews that say it is dirty and rooms have bugs and lack of housekeeping.& the list goes on. I can't see how they could stay open if these things are true. This will be our first trip to Jamaica and am really looking forward to our trip. If it makes a difference were in our 50's.

Can't speak to the rooms but the beach is lovely there (it's part of Doctor's Cave, the "main" MoBay tourist beach), the location is great for getting out to eat, drink and shop, and the pool - what I saw - looked fine, though the resort doesn't sprawl over many acres as most other AI resorts do (it's downtown), it looks OK to me.
I've also been to their disco, on top with huge windows, that was pretty neat, nice view.
