Mystique Car Rental (Hertz) on Provo...any good?

just used them in march, good experience. The car was in excellent shape on exterior. as we exited the airport, a young lady had the piece of paper with our name on it. she then called to hertz, another young lady arrived with our rental van, a few minutes back to the office to sign paperwork, then we were done. Drop off was similarly painless - allow about 15 minutes.

When I speak to the hertz 8oo# they say there is an extra charge for airport pickup and drop off. I don't know if they know what they are talking about since ever person at Hertz says something different. Did you bring the auto back to their office or airport?

Hi - as the previous poster said, the distance is so short! Hertz is on "Airport Road", I think about 3 minutes! I do know that if you have the car brought to your hotel (we were at the Sands) it's something like $35 fee, so just pick it up yourself. The whole island is so small, and so few roads, and incredibly well marked, that you cannot get lost. (never say never....but it would be really hard!)
