Most expensive Caribbean flights?

I know this is a random question, but I'm trying to figure out the Caribbean destination that is the most expensive to get to. (Not necessarily the most expensive to *stay* at - but don't worry about that part)

We have vouchers from US Airways for a free flight anywhere in the Caribbean or Latin America because of a horrific experience last year trying to fly out of Puerto Rico (think bomb scares, getting bumped without our luggage, overnight stays, emergency landings, the works!). SO - clearly, I want to use these and get all of my money's worth! And, considering we don't have to pay for the flight, I want to find somewhere that might be cost-prohibitive to travel to otherwise.

Any thoughts?

It would help to know where you plan on flying *from*.

Oh, I suppose that would help.

Out of the NYC area, please! :)

A while ago, I flew US Airways from CT to Aruba. Go on Travelocity (or your travel pricer of choice) and just do searches for flights from whichever NY airport you'll be leaving from (maybe Newark???) and it'll be really easy and fast for you to figure it out. You can just pick USAir flights - and you can figure this out probably more quickly then reading these answers... :)

my thought is costa rica, which seems to be as far south as usair flies. for islands aruba or st. lucia.

one of my favorites, St. Lucia, is usually cost prohibitive in terms fo air fare. St. Martin as well.
