Difficult to answer your question because the number of mosquitoes you might encounter at any given time can vary greatly and can be affected by the amount of rainfall the area gets in the days and weeks before you take a "mosquito count". Mosquito activity is also dependent on time of day, the amount or lack of breeze, the amount of vegetation in the area and a dozen or more factors.
Suffice to say you'll encounter more mosquitoes in areas with dense vegetation, around salt ponds and standing water, after periods of prolonged or heavy rains, when there are little or no breezes and they are more active in the hour or so just before and after sunrise and sunset.
