Katy, <BR>I would recommend that you stay on SMB for the extra nights. We're going to be at Morritts March 2001 and that's exactly what we are doing - After much researching, we are staying at Discovery Point for 4 nights. I read some good things about it. It all depends on what your budget is and whether or not you want to be right on the beach. If you are interested, let me know and I'll give you the particulars of what we are getting at Discovery Point/cost. As far as food - there is alot of great food on the island. We always go to Bella Capri (SMB) several times for dinner - small, cozy, wonderful Italian food. We also had very good Italian at Casanova's - right in Georgetown and overlooking the water. The Lobster Pot in Georgetown has never let us down for dinner - very good seafood - try any fish "Cayman Style" and also the fried Plantains. The Cracked Conch is good for both lunch and dinner - huge lobster at a reasonable price we thought (also over looking the water). I had the most wonderful chocolate souffle at Lantana's - that was 1999 and I still remember it! Lantana's menu is mostly seafood so if you aren't that fond of seafood, I would forgo having dinner there - maybe you can just get the souffle! For very reasonable lunch - Legendz is good. We always go to Lonestar for both lunch and dinner. They have good food, reasonable - Most nights is a "special food night" - ribs, fajitas, steak, etc. The tables outside are right on the "main drag" on SMB so it can be a little "buzy and fumes from cars" - But, we just overlook it, or eat inside. Rum Point is great - go for the day. The beach is very nice with hammocks, beach chairs, music playing. You can walk out in the water for probably a mile and it will still be very shallow. I wouldn't go for snorkling there but it's just a nice lazy place to go. Get a chair, lie around and have lunch at one of their two restaurants. You sit outside at tables - the barbecue chicken sandwich is yummy and very big - so big that we now split one. Don't miss sharing your lunch with Tom the resident cat. What a life - I want to come back as Tom when I die! We haven't had dinner at Rum Point but from what I understand The Barefoot Man is performing there at night. He's fun - kind of a Cayman "Jimmy Buffet". Don't miss Stringray City. The Turtle Farm is fun to see but I always feel sorry for the poor turtles crammed in their tanks. Cemetary Beach is a nice beach - If you want to snorkle there, you really need to go out quiet a way and sometimes there is a strong current, so be careful. Smith's Cove is a great little place - good snorkling. But, the last time we were there, it could have used some tidying up on the beach. Boy, I seem to have written a book! WRite me if you have any other questions - I would be happy to help and share what I found as far as other places to stay for the extra nights. Is your timeshare with RCI? Our's is and this is our first exchange. Sipry
