Mexico vs Cuba vs Bali

Hi! I have been looking for destinations for my 2015 holiday in July. I had previously decided on Singapore and Bali, but since I have discovered Mexico and Cuba, i am stuck which to visit first. I would be going Al in Mexico and Cuba but B&B in Singapore and Bali. Which of those places :

- Has the best beaches
- Best off resort activities
- Most Culture
- Best Food
- Best Weather in July

I am a keen scuba diving, so this is a major factor as well.

I would be visiting Guardalavaca in Cuba or Akumal in Mexico, just as a help there :)

If you have been to any or all of these destinations, please help as I would be a first time visiter to all...

Best beaches, Mexico

Best off resort activities, Bali

Most culture, Bali

Best food, Mexico

Best weather, equal, can't predict weather, it might rain, might be sunny, will be hot, might be really humid

Best scuba, Mexico

On another ps-- comparing a b&b to an AI, completely differrent experiences!

All 3 destinations are about as different as you can get from each other!

So really you won't find one fits all--

Is food in Bali cheap? Bali came out £100 per person , so will this be the same as paying for food? I am keen towards Bali as I will stop off in Singapore, but I am drawn to Mexico for the beaches, culture and scuba :)

Akumal in Mexico would be fantastic. Is it a big scuba destination? I've never heard that.

And I've never been to Cuba or Bali to compare the two. Seems like each would be VERY different from the other.
