Martinique or Guadeloupe???
 

We need a real Carribean vacation. But besides beach bumming, we love adventure. We've heard that both islands are beautiful and can't decide. Help! Also where is a fun hotel or resort for a couple to stay in either island? Give us the scoop!

Iwent to Guadeloupe last month. Even tough there are less vacations facilities, it's a lovely place. Propably you must have to rent a car to drive around the whole island, then you'll find wonderful beaches beside a rain forest. The hotel that I've stayed with my wife was Fleur D'Epé. It's a nice place next to important sights of Guadeloupe. People speak French, so it will be useful (and much more gentle) if you try to speak their language.
