Yes, dear lady, I am back :-)

Arrived early evening yesterday to find my house VERY cold. I had set all thermostats at 60, so the pipes wouldn't freeze. Long story short ;-)....the furnace doied while I was away. Did I say I'm VERY cold ?

Slept with every blanket I could find, pulled up over my head....but my ears, fingers and toes are numb.

Furnace is being repaired, but will probably take 24 hours for heat and hot water to return.

I'm going back under my stack of blankets and promise to write when my fingers work :-)

I should have listened to you about CB, isolated and a bit too strict with rules and regulations...a lack of warmth there ;-)

I am very sorry to hear about the chill in your house. I hope it warms soon!
I am also sorry to hear your experience with CB wasn't what you had hoped for there. I am looking forward to your report. I hope Bermuda itself was welcoming and nice.

Welcome home! Hope your heating issue is soon resolved. Not much worse than coming home to an "issue". Stay warm! Bet you are thinking about your next return trip to Jamaica! We are thinking about two trips to STJ next year. Hopelessly addicted to the Caribbean. Take Care.

Glad you returned safely but just as dismayed to read about your furnace! Let us know when you're all toasty again and please treat us to your inimitable thoughts on Bermuda and CB when you're able!

Has she headed back down to Jamaica yet, tiv? I know she had a very short turnaround between Bermuda and Treasure Beach.
