List Best Dinners in 2005

For those whose fortunate few who visited Curacao in 2005 please list in order of preference your best 5-6 dining experiences under a $100USD/couple with tax amd gratuity.
Also, if you had 1 or 2 best entrees what would you suggest?
As a frame of reference we did NOT enjoy the Portofino dining room at the Marriott in late 2004.
Chef's change so recent experiences, 2005, are most valuable to us. We have 8 nights and plan to eat out 7 of the 8. While we are at the East End of the island we would go as far as the Marriott/Hilton area for a "really" good dining experience.
Thanks!
