We are booked for the Lido Lottery for January. <BR> <BR>We are getting anxious/curious to find our where they are going to send us. <BR> <BR>Anyone out there taken the Lottery? <BR> <BR>Where did they send you? <BR> <BR>

We went on the Lido Lottery last February and ended up at the Sans Souci, we just loved it! <BR>We heard that all of the Lido resorts are great and you won't be disappointed at whatever one you end up at. <BR>The food and service are top notch! <BR>The rooms are beautiful. You should love any of the three you end up at. <BR>Enjoy!

WE have done the Lido Lottery deal three times now and have ended up at Braco twice and Grand Lido Negril once. WE have been to Sans Souci on a Super Surpise Plus package. All three are great. It is a no brainer as far as we are concerned. There is no loser in this situation. WE are going on another Lido Lottery vacation in April.

Is there a way to get into the Lido Lottery from the USA?

Re: getting into the Lido lottery in the U.S.A., I don't know if your travel agents offer it there, but in Canada you can book it with any agent...just use the internet and find a good Canadian travel agent. The only downside would be you'd have to fly out of a Canadian airport (like Toronto). BUT, we met couples at the Sans Souci who spent $1000 more in U.S. dollars for the same trip we booked. With the Canadian dollar worth approximately 50% less than the U.S. dollar, you would be further ahead to book a flight from wherever you are to the nearest Canadian airport that offers the package and go from there. I'd bet you would be still further ahead.
