Leaving in 4 Days!!!!!!!!

Okay, so I've been told not to overpack (so hard!) but I'm wondering about just how hot it'll be. We leave this Sat.

I've got a few light breezy cotton/linen halters, one breezy cotton/linen skirt and of course several swimsuits and flip flops and I guess I'll get a good hat when I get there. Will I need a sweater for nights? Capris? Or is it just too hot?

Thanks everyone!!!!!!!

Are you jumping up and down too??!! LOL. I'm not making fun of you. I LOVE your excitement. Brings a smile to my face on a very boring day at work. You don't mention where you're going but I saw your other post that it's Negril, Jamaica. Have a fantastic time. Please let us know how your trip went when you're back. We're heading there in August.

Breezy sounds good ;-) I think you have a good idea of what will work.

When ready to actually pack, leave half of those wonderful things at home. I am the eternal *overpacker*...the one who says I'll take this just in case....don't :-)

A lightweight sweater is a good idea and I might pack something a little sturdier than flip flops....just in case :-)

Have a wonderful time...I know you will !!

hey marion, jacket and caribe!!!

all that excitement, forgot to tell you all where we are going. Yep, cocolapalm in negril. 8 days, not enough to escape from this rat race, but will do for now.

really? light sweater? I was hoping it would be just cooking and I wouldn't need anything long sleeved. I do have this light airy long sleeved shirt I'll probably bring along, just in case. HA! okay, but that's it.

Oh, and I have something sturdier than flip flops, I have some pretty good water shoes, TEVA-like, for the falls and stuff we plan on doing.

carib: I'll definitely post when I return just to keep your excitement going for your trip!!!

thanks all!!
