Least rainfall in June
Traveling with my 21 year old from NY in late June. Date can't be changed. Fearful of the hurricane season. I heard that Aruba, Bonaire, Trinidad/Tobago, Barbados, are outside of hte hurricane line. Any suggestions as to which to look at? Great beach, maybe snorkeling or other water adventure, sightseeing, casino. Thoughts are appreciated!

While the official Atlantic Hurricane Season runs from June 1 through November 30 tropical storms/hurricanes are very rare in June. June is not a particularly rainy month on any Caribbean Island. I wouldn't let concerns about "rain" be a driving factor in selecting your island if you are traveling in late June or even into early July. FYI - June actually has some of the best "weather" conditions throughout the entire Caribbean.
That said, of the islands on your list Aruba has everything you are seeking.

surf around on weather2travel.com climte guides best info
Leeward Antilles ABC "Blue Sky" Isles best though small risk.
Hyatt Palm Eagle Beach Aruba my fav or Bonaire laid
back cheaper better diving though more remote.
Independent trip cover always wise.
