last minute vacation suggestions

My husband and I are looking to go away some place warm in early March before our first child is born (I will be 6 months pregnant by then). I don't think I will be up for a lot of 'sight-seeing' or touristy activites. We are looking for a beautiful beach, and just a relaxing stmosphere. We've been to Aruba, St. Martin, Anguilla & Turks & Caicos, but we wanted to try some place new. Any thoughts or suggestions? Also, any ideas where we can find some great travel bargains?
Thanks

L.

Leslie,

How about Negril, Jamaica, it is gorgeous. I just returned from Couples Resorts (an all inclusive couples only resort), on Bloody Bay in Negril. I had an extremely relaxing vacation, the resort was unbelievable, the people were excellent and so was the service! Any questions, please ask, I will help you with whatever I can!

Try the BVIs, or St. Barths. For some good deals, try USAirways vacations.

Travelling at 6 months pregnant, personally I would look for an island not too far (Caymans?) that also had good hospitals (Barbados, Puerto Rico?) in case of late complications. I'm not trying to worry you unduly (and I did travel quite late while carrying twins, which upset my midwife no end!) but extra precautions taken usually make for smoother trips.

Andrea

I agree, stick closer to Home,
The Grand Caymans are great, close to the U.S. and private, not too big, hotel can be sought away from the beach crowd or not....ALL HOTELS ARE GREAT..have family that live there..go all the time..RUM POINT is fun.
