Laid Back Vacation
 
My husband and I would like to get away to a quaint place on the beach. Quaint means cute, smaller than a mega resort, individual cottages, nice. Somewhat close to restaurants and shopping. Just a nice quiet place to stay with a medium budget on a beautiful beach. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!!

Shan-gri-la Caribe in Playa del Carmen. Beach front cottages. Includes breakfast and dinner or you can exchange dinner for lunch. 15 minute walk to 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen.
