My dream is to go to Turks & Caicos. Know of any cheap deals/websites that a single person (traveling alone) can afford?

Go to Club Med. It's an adult village and you'll have an amazing time. I met my wife there, she actually picked me up on the beach infront of the club. They have just about anything that you are looking for and they almost always have sales on one week packages.

Look on AAVacations.com. We found a great deal for May. Look at the Sands, Royal West Indies, and Ocean Club West for a free 6th and 7th night.

We found a good package price for Provo on Orbitz; at that time, it was lower than Expedia, Travelocity, and Liberty Travel.

Sibonne Hotel is probably the least expensive hotel on the beach in Provo; Comfort Suites is a very short walk from the beach.

If you do not care that it is off the beaten path but in a beautiful location, Harbour Club Villas, are very reasonable and you get more room for your money with kitchen facilities as well.
