krb2020: the Sands has cribs and high chairs...probably a good idea to contact them prior to arriving and let them know you need these items.

My family has been to Provo twice. First we stayed at OCW -- very good accommodations BUT the kitchen had an ant problem. On our 2nd trip we chose The Sands (no ants), more importantly we found the staff much friendlier at The Sands. Additionally, they provide free ocean kayaks, hobie cats, snorkeling gear, beach toys, and have a very good bar/restaurant.

The free use of equipment is great but we don't know how to sail...hobie cats are probably out for us! Are the kayaks fairly easy to use though? What type of beach toys do they have? Do they supply mats/tubes to float on or should we bring our own?
