Eager to share yet leave us hanging - what kind of fare did you get - into what airport on St. Lucia and from what city?

Hi BellaClaire,

Boston to UVF on Delta with only 1 hr layover each way in Atlanta for $733. To some, this might not sound great, but I've been monitoring this for quite a while and fares were well over $1000 for same day flights, so I'm thrilled!

I often wonder how many people are now spending the night in the airport waiting for the next leg of their trip to continue...

That's a great deal. When we went in 2005, I paid $1,800 for 2 tickets with layovers in Miami and Puerto Rico. It was a long day. It pays to be persistant and patient. Have a great trip. St. Lucia is gorgeous.

Thanks - that is pretty good - to some of the more "popular" destinations you can get lower fares - but high season - and to St. Lucia - that's awesome....I have flown into both airports - when I flew into UVF - I took the helicopter over to the other airport which was closer to my hotel - it was fantastic!!!! just a thought!
