We booked Jumby through luxurylink.com for November...the website for Jumby says that they are doing a renovation...any info???

Apparently Jumby has been taken over by Rosewood Resorts, a positive development, I think. There is some information on the Rosewood website, I received a mailing from Rosewood calling attention to it.

Mike I was at Jumby in January and again in April. The hotel is owned by the home owners and now managed by Rosewood. The renovation will be redecorating, new fabrics etc. It can only get better. The staff and service is wonderful. It is a lovley place. The dining is excellent! Good buy!<BR>

thanks for the responses. i was just a little worried about noise and construction etc...any other suggestions while we're there?

Mike just relax and enjoy! Do treat yourselves to a massage by Su she is wonderful. We plan on going again this fall!

I just read Jumby will be closed until the end of November or early December. It should be wonderful when it reopens!<BR>But when???

<BR>Watch carefully for soft reopening dates. They might have some kinks to work out while you are there but usually the prices for any reopening and new managment are good ones.
