Jamaica Villa Rentals

We're taking a week long trip in November with our two sons and are leaving from the Southeast U.S. I'd love to try some of the other Carribean Islands, but they're just too hard to get to. For convenience, a Jamaica villa rental connected to Round Hill sounds pretty good. Full staff, private pool, etc. I can't find another island with villas that offer all of these amenities. Has anyone done this or can anyone offer a good alternative.

Lucy, my wife and I just returned from Round Hill and there were many families there with young children, I noticed that they had a kids play room and many guests seemed to be taking advantage of staff babysitters. The place is quite secluded which is something to keep in mind. We stayed in a villa and were commenting how this would be perfect for kids, separate room with twin beds with private pool and kitchen and a lot of private space. You may also want to try jamaicavillas.com... good luck and have fun

We are leaving in a few weeks for my daughter's wedding in Ochio Rios Sandals Dunns River. We have rented two villas in Mammee Bay - Villa Gabriella, a 5 bedroom, and Zanadu, a 3 bedroom. I booked through VacationSpot.com and Java Reservations.

Try Irving Greystoke Lodge on the hill in Montego. We stayed there in 91 and at the time it was clean, offered safe lodging and traditional island furnishings. Get one of the 2nd floor apts. <BR>Great view of the Bay, at that time it was very affordable, like $250 a week for a one bdrm on the 1st floor. With an Air Jamaica charter out of NYC the whole vacation was very affordable.
