November in Jamaica is still the tail end of the rainy season; in all honesty, I could not recommend going there in November. The end of DECEMBER maybe, but that starts the 'high season' rates. I would encourage you to stay away from the hurricane belt for November (which includes Caymans, Jamaica, Dom. Republic, USVI & BVI, St. Martin, St. Lucia, down to Barbados). In November, I'd have to say Grenada, Margarita Island, or Aruba. Hope this helps.

i went last november, and just missed hurricane michelle, by a few days. It rained the entire first day we were there, which was ok, we just put on our bathing suites, and swam. The rest of the week was sunny and humid.

I was in Jamaica last year from November 22-28. The weather was beautiful every day with some light showers at night.

By November the rain should be pretty much over - still, given the weather this past month, it's bound to be very buggy.

I was in Jamaica in November and have actually traveled frequently to the Carribbean area in that month. It is true that it is the end of hurricane season but have never had problems with bad weather. Aruba is outside the belt if you're concerned, have not been there but hear it's wonderful

there are not that many changes in Jamaican weather, although there is a rainy season, it is mostly really nice weather. the rainy season is over before november and hurricane time should also be over (more in september). usually jamaica is very sunny with nice warm weather, but there is sometimes rain in the early afternoon, but it does not matter much as afterwards it gets sunny again very quickly. so, november is a fine month and not too busy.

We have gone to Jamaica for the last 5 years in Nov to celebrate my husband's birthday which is the 17th. We generally leave between the 11th or 12th and come back around the 18th or 20th of Nov. In the past 5 years, it has never rained once (I guess we are lucky) and each time we have stayed in Ocho Rios. Go and have a good time because believe it or not GOD can produce a hurricane anytime he wants to even in the good old USA. Relax, go on your vacation and have fun!!
