Is there such a thing

A nice resort/hotel where the rates are the same year round. Tired of paying double in Febuary.

I can think of two hotels. The Blue Horizons Resort in Middle Caicos (http://www.bhresort.com/) (however, they're closed for most of the summer). Also Lloyd's Bed and Breakfast (http://lloyds.ai/) in Anguilla (a great bargain on that often expensive island).

Wow, I just looked at this Lloyd's website. $75 per night in Anguilla! Anyone ever stay here? Looks nice.

The Lloyd hosted a reception for Prince Charles in the 1970s. So it's not too shabby, as you can imagine. But it's not a five star hotel by any measure.

I have a few questions about Lloyds.
Can you walk to the beach from Lloyds? I guess that a car would be necessary to get to Shoal Bay area. How long is the drive to this area?

Thanks

There is a beach within walking distance from Lloyd's down the hill. Shoal Bat East (and West for that matter) will require you to drive. I'm guessing the ride to Shoal Bay East is maybe 10 minutes or so. It's not that far.
