Info Natura Park Resort in Punta Cana

I'll go to this resort on the last week of august and I would like to hear from someone who has been there.
Thanks
PD: I have visited Debbies site, but would like new opinions.

My husband and I went there three years ago. We enjoyed it so much, we returned with 5 of our friends, who went to the DR for the first time. We had a great experience. The beach is beautiful, the buffet is the best we've found in the DR (we've been there 7 times), and the help is wonderful. The resort is really beautiful. Pls. let me know what you would like to know in particular, I'd be glad to help.

My husband and I were there 3 years ago also. The property is very nice. Very tropical, and they do a wonderful job maintaining it. When we were in DR (Feb) there seemed to a be a lot of sea weed on the beach. Could have just been the time frame. The beach itself is gorgeous, though, and you can walk for miles and miles. The breakfast is awesome, there are 2 private restaurants which you would need reservations for in advance. I would do that as soon as you get to the resort. The food is o.k. in my opinion, we tired of it after a week. It was a good value for the money. I have no other resorts to compare with in DR. There is nothing around there, it is isolated or I should say it was 3 years ago. We did take a tour bus into Santo Domingo from the resort. That was a long day. The vndors come in one night a week and bring there goods in to display and sell. Have fun.

I am worried about the seaweed in the beach, is the beach that caribbean style one with turqueoise and clear water?. Other questions are:
1.- Is there a disco for nights?
2.- Is it 24 hour all inclusive, I mean if you wake up before 10 can you eat anywhere?
3.-Is there any bus to go to Plaza Bavaro to make some shopping?

My husband and I spent 7 nights at Natura Park in March, 2003. We really liked it and are planning to return. The grounds are beautifully taken care of. The beach is beautiful, but there is a little sea weed in the water. We found that if you walk to the left of Natura Park along the ocean you come upon an almost deserted stretch of beach which has no seaweed and hardly any people. To the right along the ocean is several other all-inclusives and rather crowded with people. We liked everything about Natura Park. The food was great, don't miss the giant paella cook out on Saturday afternoon by the pool, the drinks were plentiful and the people working at the resort couln't do enough for you.

You know on second thoughts the beach is not full of sea weed for they clean it every a.m. I actually meant the water had the sea weed. The last poster is correct, you can walk down aways to the left and it is a beautiful stretch of beach. Yes it is the beautiful turquoise color you imagine. Yes, yes, yes. Entertainment, when I was there they had shows every p.m. which I thought were entertaining. Singing, dancing etc. A fun atmophere. If I recall they begin serving breakfast very early. You should be fine if you are an early riser. I don't know the place you mention about shopping. It has been 3 years since I was there. The staff is very nice as well.
