Hurricane Cove Bungalows

We are looking at staying at the Hurricane Cove Bungalows in Nevis in the early part of next May for a week. Has anyone stayed there. Any details about your stay and the HCB would be appreciated. Thanks!

Do a search for Hurricane Cove under St. Kitts/Nevis. There are some reviews there. This is a good site for Nevis research:

We just got back from a week at HCB (Nov. 15 - 22) and it was INCREDIBLE. We stayed in SeaBiscuit, which has an unbelievable view of the Narrows and St. Kitts beyond. Most importantly, it has SCREENS on the windows (the other bungalows do not). Would be happy to answer any questions about HCB or Nevis in general (we ate at almost every restaurant on the island) -- [email protected].

I have friends that have stayed there and LOVED it! They rented the two cottages at the edge of the cliff that are separated by a private pool. The views were incredible and privacy 100%. You are very close to a number of great restaurants: Bananas (overpriced, slow service but a great place for a sunset), Gallipot, Qualie, Nisbet Beach, and Tequila Sheilas. Sheilas has a beautiful new beach, thanks to the last few high wind storms and The Four Seasons sand!
The Gallipot has fabulous fresh fish and different choices every day. On Sundays they serve a roast beef and yorkshire pudding dinner which is the place to be on Sunday afternoon.
Another great place to eat is La Bistro right in town. It's VERY reasonable and the chef is also the fisherman that supplies many of the top restaurants on the island. Just a block off of main street. Very sweet.
We just returned from Nevis and it looked like they were putting in a new driveway to Hurricane. I'm sure it will be done by the time you visit. Enjoy!

I've had the opportunity to stay at Hurricane Cove 3 times. These units are all unique. Sea Biscuit has the advantage of screens as tiffandjer mentioned and that is a plus. The owners are wonderful people and have a house in Anguilla as well. The couple who run HCB are great.
