How To Plan a Bachelors Party Caribbean Style?

My good buddy is walking the plank. The actual wedding is going to be held in Grand Cayman in July. My initial thoughts were to have the party in Grand Cayman, but it appears that it is quite the conservative island.

I was thinking that we could possibly fly into Puerto Rico or Dominican Republic and have the party there? Unfortunately I was not able to find a ferry or inexpensive charter plane from P.R./D.R. Grand Cayman. Any advice or suggestions would be most appreciated.

The only places you can reach easily (but not necessarilly cheaply) from Grand Cayman are Little Cayman or Cayman Brac. You are not going to find a ferry or inexpensive charter plane between Grand Cayman and any other islands. Sorry to be blunt but if you look at a map you'll find that Grand Cayman is pretty far from any other land mass.

Realistically you'll have to have the Bachelor Party on the same island as your friend is getting married on.

how about a day of deep sea fishing, golf or scuba followed by a gathering at one of the restaurants or a beach bonfire/weinie roast (or say steaks or grilled ??) where perhaps a beer or cocktail might be offered.
how about a limo pub crawl sort of thing?
i don't think you're going to find any strippers if that's what you had in mind.

the front desk of your hotel should be able to offer you some help with this or if bride is using a wedding planner get that phone # & see what they can offer. they might suggest a good charter boat for you - even if they just hook you up with a limo service...
good luck planning.
