Hotel Guanahani vs. Cap Juluca
 

Went to Cap Juluca in February with friends. They want to go to Hotel Guanahani this time, even though we all loved CJ. Is it comparable?

The beach at Guanahani will not be as nice as Cap Jaluca but St. Bart's is a great place. Hotel Guanahani is very classy and beautiful. It's in the "quiet" area of St. Bart's but you can still walk to some restaurants in the Grand Cul De Sac area. I would go to St. Barts every year if I could but it is pricey.

Our preference on St. Barts would be Isle de France hotel, rather than Guanahani. It is a lovely hotel with great food and great service, right on the best beach in St. Barts -- Flamands beach. St. Barts is one of our favorite islands.
