Honeymoon suggestions

Does anyone have good island suggestions for the end of October? My fiancé and I are starting to think about our October 2005 honeymoon. I know that is rainy/hurricane season for some islands. We're looking for something somewhat secluded and very romantic, but that also offers some fun things to do and good food. Any ideas?

Aruba sounds like the right place for you: very stable climate, lots of excellent restaurants, great beaches and it's safe and friendly.

Look into Grenada. We honeymooned there - very romantic and beautiful.
In October - you should be almost done with the hurricane season anywhere in the caribbean. Not sure what you want tospend - but check Spice Island Inn or La Source.

Look into the Bel Air Plantation in Grenada, seems to fit your requirements--very good reviews.

I have to recommend Young Island in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Private island resort, lots of privacy, great beach, lush tropical surroundings in a relatively undiscovered part of the Carribbean. See www.youngisland.com Went there for my own honeymoon and can't say enough great things about the resort/food, etc... (PS- the website really doesn't do it justice- it is soooo nice!)
