Thanks to everyone who has helped thus far! We have narrowed down our search to Nevis + ??. We have 7 days before Nevis to go somewhere and we can't figure out where! We are looking for a place ala Jumby Bay/Little Dix Bay (but neither are available). Any ideas would be most appreciated.

What about Little Dix Bay's sister resort Caneel Bay on St. John? Seven beautiful beaches with excellent snorkeling.

Good friends just returned from Caneel - said it did not compare to Little Dix Bay - that's what we were going from..

I'm not sure what other places you've eliminated from consideration, but have you looked at the Anguillian resorts? The flight connections to Nevis are convenient.

Have you considered Peter Island or Biras Creek in the BVI? Not sure when you are planning on going, but it might be worth a check. Or how about Cap Jaluca or Malliohana in Anguilla. Both are relatively close to Nevis.
