We have stayed at both of the Sandals, which are All-Inclusives, in St. Lucia and loved both of them.
We thought St. Lucia was a beutiful island...Great Choice!

these 2 lists might help you: http://honeymoons.about.com/od/stluc...ciaAllIncl.htm
and

i believe those are all the ai options.

in order to help you make a specific choice you'll need to tell us more about yourself. age, budget, how you want to spend your days and nights - (i.e. clubbing or private dinner on the beach)

Here's a list of all the AI hotels in St. Lucia:

Almond Morgan Bay Resort

Almond Smugglers Cove

Coconut Bay Resort & Spa

Rendezvous

Sandals Grande St.Lucian Spa

Sandals Halcyon Beach St. Lucia

Sandals Regency La Toc Golf Rst & Spa

St. Lucian by rex resorts

The Body Holiday Le Sport

The Jalousie Plantation

Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort

We stayed at the Sandals Grande. Though the hotel and beach was nice it was overpriced and overrated. Some of the worst AI food we've experienced and we've stayed at some really cheap AI's in Mexico.

Check TripAdvisor for reviews and pictures of the resorts that interest you.

in response to a post, my fiance and i are 25 and 26 years old. we'd like to stay for a week at the hotel. during the day we'd like to go scuba diving or snorkeling as well as relaxing on the beach. at nite probably a mixture of some time just to ourselves like a private dinner on the beach as well as being able to go out dancing.
