You are going to have to do some research but here are some ideas to go on:

Villa on St. John
Cap Julaca or Frangiapani, Anguilla
Ritz in Cancun, Mexico
Royal Hideaway Playa del Carmen, Mexico
One of the Couples in Jamaica if you want all-inclusive

Jess, tell us a little about you and your hubby-to-be. So many of the islands are beautiful and while they may have a lot in common, each island seems to have its own unique characteristics. Are you looking for sunbathing, snorkeling or diving? Do you prefer solitude or would you like to meet other couples? Do you have a budget or is the sky the limit? Do you prefer fine dining and shopping or will you live on the beach? Are you early birds or looking for night life?

Jessica - It all depends on what you are looking for. I am partial to Antigua, I was married there 2 months ago. We stayed at Sandals Antigua and we loved this resort. Before the bashing begins, I am not a "Sandals lover" and have not / would not go to any other Sandals resort. This one just has a great laid back and romantic charm to it. Great lush, tropical landscaping, amazing beach, water and sunsets. Good nightly entertainment and food selection. Plenty of land/water sports when you're looking for something to do.

If you're looking to go more luxurious, there is Cap Juluca in Anguilla - never been but looks amazing! And also check out Jumby Bay in Antigua. It's located on a 300 acre private island.

Congrats and enjoy!
