I vote Grand Cayman. It has everything you want...easy flight, good food, drink, beauty and active days. I also want to add, we loved Secrets Capri @ Play del Carmen. It was our first all-inclusive but exceeded our expectations. We never left the property though so not much exploring there. :o) I also enjoyed Turks & Caicos, spectactular water but probably my 3rd on this list that I'm writing.
