Consider these:
aavacations.com
deltavacations.com
usairwaysvacations.com

I've had flawless vacations through all three of those online airline travel agency sites. If any problems happen to occur during your trip, their staffs of travel agents are available 24 hrs a day through their 800 numbers, and I've found them to be extremely helpful and professional. Using these services is not a "do it yourself" type affair as someone said, you've got knowledgeable agents handling all arrangements before and after the sale.

Be warned that there are traditional "brick-and-mortar" travel agents posing as travelers all over travel forums like these. They're easy to spot from their "horror stories" of what will happen if you don't use a traditional travel agent. They'd never give you a list of names, numbers, or links of competing businesses like I just did. They're losing business to this new breed of airline travel services that are offering us consumers some great alternatives.

OF COURSE using a traditional travel agent is still good for some people, and some people are still happy making their arrangements directly with airlines and hotels. And there are many excellent travel web sites these day like expedia.com, travelocity.com, etc. And of course the airline travel agencies I mentioned. There are many choices these days for the well informed traveller.
