Grenada lodging??

I am a 58 yr. old divorced male who wil be in Grenada in Jan. I would like advice on inexpensive, but quiet and clean accomodations for a single near Grand Anse &/or Morne Rouge. Thank you.

I would suggest you also pose this question at grenadaexplorer.com. There are a number of very informative contributors that should be able to help.

We were in Grenada last week for a day and had lunch at LaSagesse. It is a beautiful and quiet, resort on a fabulous beach. It's about 20 minutes from Grand Anse. Not sure where Morne Rouge is. We viewed 2 of the rooms. They were very clean and very inexpensive......approx. $160/night and that was for the best room. We loved Grenada and hope to return in the future. If you are looking to rent a jeep or have a tour I highly recommend Grenada Sunsations. Enjoy!

I've stayed at the Grand View Inn a couple times. It is high on a hill overlooking both Grande Anse and Morne Rouge Bays with nice views of both. Rooms and apartments are pretty basic, but acceptable. The rates are below US$100 before taxes.
