Grand Caymanian Resort
 

Has anyone stayed at the Grand Caymanian Resort?, What is it like? <BR>

Didn't stay there, but took a jog over to see it. Is is waterfront on the sound side of the island. Looked nice, but is a hike from the beach. Make sure you get a car.

I believe the Grand Caymanian offers shuttle service to and from the beach. I'm staying there next week. Looks like a great place to stay.

Craig, <BR>I'm very interested to hear your thoughts on the Grand Caymanian. I may be travelling there in April, and would love to know what I can expect.

Just returned from spending 2 weeks on GC. Our friends stayed at the Grand Caymanian Resort so we were able to check it out. They had a one bedroom unit that was really very nice - a complete kitchen, large bathroom with jaquzzi tub and two sinks - Really everything that you could want to be comfortable. The bedroom had a television and king sized bed. <BR> <BR>They have a very nice pool and spa. The beach is rather disappointing though because you can't really go in the water. It's on the bay side and is VERY rocky. We didnt' see anyone in the water. But, the resort is located in the 7 Mile Beach area so is near many beaches. They also had transportation to beaches, shopping, etc. <BR> <BR>Our friends were very happy there and we were impressed as well.
