I completely agree with Nancy. We honeymooned in St Kitts back in 1990, and I'd like to go back someday. But we have been to GC twice, and for the things you mentioned such as Restaurants, snorkeling, and beautiful beach, GC fits the bill perfectly.

St Kitts is more scenic but Grand Cayman has the beaches, snorkelling and restaurants.

I'm going to tell you the same thing. 7MB is the most beautiful beach we've ever been on. GC offers great snorkeling and diving. Would be happy to help you with choosing restaurants if you ask during your planning. Not a lot of sightseeing, excursions or nightly entertainment, but it doesn't sound like that's of any real value to you anyway.
