Barefoot Man is exclusive to us at The Reef.

As an East End person, I'm no expert on other venues, but there should be some other local music regular spots... try the Cayman Activity Guide forum for more information.

Is there cab service to/from the reef to the 7 mile beach hotels if we attend a show?

Sure, but you may be able to walk depending on where you're staying!

The Reef resort is on the other side of the island from 7MB. There's no way you could walk to it!! A cab will probably run you $40 from 7MB to the Reef.
