Parrot Cay has gotten a lot of hype as the new celebrity destination but I have heard lots of comments that people didn't think it was so great -- mosquitos, nothing to do, same restaurant every night, very isolated. You can get peace and quiet at Grace Bay or Point Grace, wonderful accomodations, access to a golf course and a different restaurant on Provo every night. So my vote would be for Grace Bay Club or Point Grace.
