I would say book a higher floor for a better view and if you want peace and quiet book the estates. The hotel and villa's are predominantly families with very young children. There are three pools. One is for families, one is for adults only and then the Estates have both. The restaurants both the Grill and the Anacoana (sp) are both on ground floor between the Villa's and the beach - partially blocking the views for the first and second floors depending on what building you are in. Inquire and look at the map. Stay on third or fourth floors unless you are sure that you are not blocked by the facilities. Additionally, being near pools might wake you up if you sleep late. It is all very nice. Be aware of boating issues - i.e. many entrepreneurs not insured and not connected to hotel wanting to take you out. Do your own research on this matter but danger lurks in those waters. It is a busy channel!
