Fun Warm Destination for Girls Trip?

My girlfriends and I are trying to plan a trip to a warm/beach destination that is off the beaten track, yet offers comfort, great beaches, lively night scenes, and just plain fun. Any suggestions?

I would recommend Aruba or Belize.
