For Montego Bay, I am afraid your choices are limited to AA through MIA. For Cancun, you might be able to fly through Panama with COPA air, even if its with a long layover. Otherwise, you're looking at AA through MIA or worse, USAir through PHL.

By-the-way, I flew once through COPA and the service was fine (good, hot foods and wine included). The transfer in Panama went smoothly. The only thing is that the flights made stops that our travel agent didn't tell us about (Flights from the Caribbean may stop in Honduras or Nicaragua). Just keep in mind the extra travel time when pricing your trip.
